Here at **Human Appeal,** we have an exciting opportunity for an **Administrator **to join our team based in **Cheadle, Greater Manchester**.You will join us on a full-time basis as part of an initial 1-year fixed term contract with a view to progressing into a permanent role. In return, you will receive a competitive salary of **£25,075 - £33,925k per annum.**

**Key duties and responsibilities of the Administrator**:

- Provide general administrative support, such as data entry, scanning and photocopying, and filing documents
- Ensure robust and compliant record-keeping
- Work in accordance to all relevant service-level agreements
- Organise travel, accommodation, and logístical arrangements for team members, and any visiting delegates
- Schedule and take minutes at meetings, following-up on any relevant outstanding actions
- Complete and submit departmental invoices and expenses onto AMS in a timely manner and within the agreed financial guidelines
- Create and manage documents, spreadsheets and presentations
- Write and collate monthly statistical reports
- Liaise with the Compliance and Procurement departments to conduct satisfactory due diligence on new and existing partners and influencers, including Thomson Reuters screening

**What we’re looking for in our Administrator**:

- Preferably educated to degree level. Minimum GCSE Maths and English required
- Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience in an administrative role
- Computer literate and competent with MS Office products.
- Fluent written and spoken English and Arabic is essential
- Passionate and knowledgeable about the international development sector
