**Overview of the role**

As an Apprentice Business Administrator at Bio-D, you will play a vital role in supporting various functions within the company. This apprenticeship offers a unique opportunity for career growth, hands-on experience, and skill development. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Arranging daily transport of goods and liaising with customers to make sure deliveries are delivered as per customer requirements.

Sourcing multiple hauliers for the best pricing when looking for export quotes.

Putting all the information on and excel spread sheet and in monthly folders and ready for any visits from the tax office.

Arrange collections of used containers from customers and taking note of the costs involved.

Logging IBCs delivered from Suppliers and sent to customers and making sure they are returned in the correct timeframe for reimbursement.

Liaising with other Hauliers to get the best value and service for supplier deliveries and customers.

Using the EDI system for dispatch and customer invoices.

Creating Purchase orders for customer delivery requirements to send to hauliers.

Covering the Goods In process and adding information onto the Goods In spreadsheet.

Collecting all dispatch paperwork and calculating the freight costs of the customers that pay for deliveries and added this to the paperwork ready for invoicing.

Monitoring the Finance in box and printing off invoices to match up with delivery notes and passing to Finance then filling away.

Creating Packing lists from customer orders for export customers and creating any exports forms as required. Example EUR1 forms.

Booking supplier deliveries onto SAP and creating labels and filling away delivery notes onto SAP and going into the warehouse to label the goods with correct label.

Excellent customer service interpersonal skills with good written and verbal communication skills.

Professional experience in general administrative and customer service tasks.

High level of computer literacy and knowledge of IT systems, including Microsoft Excel.

Ability to work independently, flexibly, and proactively solve problems.

Organized and methodical with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to manage workloads, prioritize tasks, and work to deadlines.

Ability to work with complete confidentiality.

Ability to work effectively as part of a small team.

**Salary**: From £12,313.00 per year
