Our client, based in York, is looking for an experienced projects executive to join their team, on a full-time, permanent basis. You will play a key role in providing excellent service and delivery management with regard to our clients international bespokeprogrammes and consultancy services. Essentially this role will plan, coordinate and facilitate international projects, programmes and consultancy work. We're looking for someone who will develop excellent product knowledge, undertake project management andeffectively implement and monitor relevant systems, procedures and policies all whilst successfully managing stakeholder relationships.
You will be well supported in the role by a professional and experienced team of colleagues who are focused on their growing international offer..
Our client has implemented a hybrid model of working and so there is the option to be office based in order to provide a mix of collaborative working from the office and working from home.
Duties and responsibilities will include:

- To provide excellent customer support, advice and guidance so as to maximise the products and services in regard to both income and quality standards
- To effectively plan, implement and co-ordinate a range of international programmes for a range of different clients including universities and government organisations with particular regard for customer need, quality standards, communication with associatesand internal staff, delivery platforms, vendors, and venues
- To effectively co-ordinate the delivery of consultancy and related services. This will involve supporting the delivery of both virtual and face to face activity
- To ensure efficient and prompt processing of enquiries from possible customers/suppliers, including the monitoring of mailboxes, phone queries and live chat services
- To line manage and supervise the International Delivery Coordinator
- To develop and implement highest standards of customer service standards for themselves and the team
- To manage projects to delivery through coordinated planning, resource scheduling, logístical support and capacity management
- To provide and review management information as required relating to programme delivery including use of associates and staff, financial information and feedback data
- To ensure all customer satisfaction and impact surveys are sent out on time and data collated and fed back to ensure continuous improvement
- To be responsible for all financial administration of delivery (purchase orders, contracts, invoicing) to ensure that cost remains within agreed margins/budgets and in line with financial policies and procedures
- To respond to any concerns or complaints raised promptly and professionally and escalate/refer where required to relevant Manager
- To liaise with team colleagues, delivery team and Marketing to develop and produce relevant support materials (brochures, handbooks) and related web content for programmes and events
- To work collaboratively across the organisation to support the Partnership Manager International and the Heads of Membership in their roles to win new consultancy or bespoke programmes, including providing background information to contribute to writingbid/proposal documentation
- To lead team and client meetings and briefings as required
- Build and maintain effective relationships with colleagues in other teams, associates and clients
- To ensure CRM records are up to date and all data is correct for international consultancy and to support the development of this system to meet business and customer needs
- To monitor FCO advice re safe travel and to maintain the required risk assessments and due diligence information for staff / associates travelling on consultancy work
