**Year 2 Phase Leader**

Are you an experienced and enthusiastic educator with a strong commitment to primary education? A primary school in bobbers mill/hyson green is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join their team as the Year 2 Phase Leader in Nottingham

**Salary**: £140-£180 per day / £700-£900 per week

**Key Responsibilities**:
As the Year 2 Phase Leader, you will take on a leadership role within our primary school, overseeing the Year 2 curriculum and contributing to the academic and personal development of both students and staff. Key responsibilities include:

- Curriculum Leadership: Lead the planning, implementation, and evaluation of the Year 2 curriculum, ensuring alignment with school goals and standards.
- Professional Development: Support and mentor Year 2 teachers, providing guidance on effective teaching strategies, classroom management, and student engagement.
- Student Progress: Monitor and analyse student progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to support academic achievement.
- Collaboration: Foster a collaborative and positive working environment within the Year 2 team and across the school, promoting effective communication and teamwork.
- Parental Engagement: Establish effective communication channels with parents, keeping them informed about their child's progress and involving them in their child's education journey.

**Qualifications**:

- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a proven track record of successful teaching.
- Experience in a leadership or coordinator role within a primary school setting.
- Strong understanding of the Year 2 curriculum and assessment processes.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Dedication to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.

**Working Hours**:
This is a full-time leadership position, offering an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on the educational experience of our Year 2 students.
