Medical Receptionist

**Job Duties**
- Answering the phones
- Booking appointments
- You must be able to screen calls and be able to direct to the correct department

**Essential Criteria**
- 5 GCSEs (A-C) or equivalent
- Have 6 months or more experience of working directly with members of the public in the last three years
- Experience of answering telephones in a high call volume office environment and have experience working as part of a team.

**Desirable Criteria**
- Experience of working directly with the public in a busy NHS environment in the last three years
- Experience of VISION clinical system
