**About Us**:
Coast Renewable Services, founded in 2013 and headquartered in Dundee, has emerged as a prominent player in the onshore wind industry. To cater to the training needs of our clients and the wider renewable energy sector, we have launched the Coast Training Academy. This academy will offer GWO courses in the region.

Our training facility, situated in the heart of Dundee City, is a modern state-of-the-art setup with convenient transportation links. This location offers easy accessibility to our customers.

**Key duties and responsibilities**:

- Deliver training courses in several disciplines, to include fire safety, first aid, Advanced first aid, working at height rescue and manual handling.
- Supervise delegates throughout theoretical and practical training sessions ensuring all exercises are conducted in a competent, safe and professional manner.
- Understand legislation and principles of risk assessment.
- Work in accordance with defined procedures.
- Maintain high standard of industry technical knowledge.
- Complete end of course paperwork accurately.
- Inspect and maintain training equipment.
- Carry out on-site training if requested by client.

**Experience**:

- Excellent communication skills with proven training experience. Training qualification desirable.
- Familiar with UK onshore or offshore wind industry or UK emergency services or Military experience.
- UK nursing or ambulance service experience, and/or exceptional first aid experience in a high-pressure setting.
- Familiar with the latest UK first aid and resuscitation council guidelines.

**Personal skills**:

- Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
- Demonstrate a calm and systematic approach.
- The ability to cope with industry changes, multiple projects and be able to prioritise tasks.
- Conversant with standard IT programmes and comfortable with course development on Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Team player willing to step up to company asks within the job role.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £32,000.00-£37,000.00 per year
