**Job Details**:

- Junior Office Manager
- Up to £28,000 *depending on experience
- Permanent role - ASAP START
- 8:30am
- 17:30pm
- City of London (Fully office based)

**Duties**:

- Managing and supporting the front of house desk and barista area
- Meeting arrangements and setting up meetings.
- Liaising with and greeting visitors.
- Supporting the admin team with general duties.
- General day to day coordination and administrative duties.
- Managing the office stock orders and dealing with deliveries.

**Requirements**:

- Some office experience is ideal.
- Someone with exceptional customer service skills and who is able to provide the best support to employees and clients.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise workload.
- Someone bubbly, approachable, social.
- Able to work well with all levels of seniority.
- Someone who is happy to be client facing in a busy environment and also provide administration support with a focused approach.
