Client Representative

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Management**: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- **Sales Activities**: Identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and convert prospects into clients through various sales techniques.
- **Customer Support**: Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- **Account Management**: Monitor and manage client accounts, ensuring timely follow-ups and consistent engagement.
- **Sales Targets**: Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics set by the sales manager.
- **Market Research**: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new sales opportunities.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the sales team and other departments to ensure cohesive and effective sales strategies.

Pay: From £23,897.00 per year
