- SLR has a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join us in a newly created position with our European Bid Support Team who work with SLR’s 700+ Environmental and Advisory consultants.
- We have a great hybrid working scheme that gives you flexibility and balance around office and home working. Your base can be any one of our UK offices. As part of the Bid Team you will work with technical staff to help secure new contracts that are within the scope of SLR’s capabilities across a variety of opportunities in both the public and private sector.**The role**

Your focus will be on the administrative and process-related requirements of bid support and the update and maintenance of content libraries, charts and other boilerplate information. Other aspects of the role include maintenance of company accreditations and completion of client Supplier Registration questionnaires (training will be provided).
- Compile, format, proofread and amend bid documents
- Gather credentials, CVs and standard information to create the draft document framework
- Maintain a content library with boilerplate information and certificates
- Accessing bid opportunities through portals, downloading documents and circulating them to staff.
- Management and facilitation of online procurement portals, including submitting bid queries.
- Respond to standard inbox queries
- Complete company information for accreditations and supplier registrations (training will be provided)
- Use PDF and chart creation software (Bluebeam and Visio), for which training will be provided
