The construction department is looking for a highly organised, motivated and inspiring Lecturer in Electrical Installation to join its fast-developing team.

The center is excited about a new employer-led project in developing learners through T-Levels within the industry specialising in the Building Services Engineering T-Level route, ensuring growth within the industry and developing the apprenticeship provision in the local sector to support our community.

This is an exciting position where the lecturer will be able to use their creativity and passion in this developing curriculum.

You will be a well organised and flexible individual, able to effectively manage your own time and resources, with excellent communication skills and the ability to convey industry standard information and ideas in a clear, concise and engaging manner.

You will need to hold the relevant qualifications for the specialist area.

There are full and part time opportunities available and flexible working can be considered for this role.

Experience in teaching and learning would be advantageous, although industry experience will be considered for those with the ambition of becoming an outstanding Lecturer. Fareham College will offer free teacher training to those wishing to enter the teaching profession

**Benefits package**

50 days annual leave (FTE, excluding bank holidays), generous Teacher’s pension scheme contributions, access to a Health Cash Plan (Medicash), Free on-site gym, Staff development opportunities, Staff recognition scheme, Employee Recommendation Incentive and access to many more benefits.

The salary bandings are £22,248 - £32,053 per annum (FTE) for unqualified applicants and £25,586 - £36,803 per annum (FTE) for qualified applicants.

There is also a £3,000 per annum (FTE) discretionary market supplement attached to this role.
