**We’re looking for a** **Transport Co-ordinator** **to join the Score Group **t**eam based at our facility in **Peterhead**.**

**About the role**
Transport Co-ordinator will be responsible for daily planning of all transport related activities. Company vehicles and associated legal requirements plus control of documentation also a fundamental part of the job role. Any anomalies with Tachos or driving issues need to be recorded in writing to the said driver and advised to senior Management. Planners to be put in place for all maintenance safety checks required for vehicles, trailers and forklifts plus updated accordingly.

Primary responsibilities
- Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with company policies, procedures, standards and work instructions
- Manage telephone calls and enquiries
- General administration duties i.e., typing, data input, filing, scanning, meeting minutes
- Correspond and communicate professionally with both internal and external clients
- Update and utilise company systems - electronic and paper based
- Processing duties and systems administration
- Transport co-ordination - lead role for daily local and non-UK collections/Deliveries
- Organising vehicle safety checks and break down repairs
- wagons, forklifts, cars and vans
- Hiring third party transport
- Organising international collections from Europe
