**WHA TO EXPECT**:
You will partner with internal and external stakeholders to identify, promote and co-ordinate apprenticeships, and graduate placements across the organisation. Your role will be guiding, mentoring and supporting in the provision of talent development expertise and best practice to o design and develop programmes and work experience solutions to fulfil skills gaps and future workforce planning requirements.

**Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities**:
Develop our FUNCTIONAL early careers strategy, working with the central HR Early Careers team and other functions to define and design the FUNCTIONAL Early Careers programme framework and contents offering.

**WHAT YOU’LL NEED**:

- Prior experience of building and shaping Early Careers programmes
- Understanding of apprenticeships, undergraduate and graduate programmes
- A good understanding of Early Careers career pathways
- You’ll be a self-starter with the ambition to develop and succeed in new challenges.
- You will be a confident communicator with the ability to plan, prioritise work and tasks effectively, balancing competing and conflicting demands and happy communicating to various seniority levels across the business both internally and externally.
- An influencer and shaper with the ability to collaborate and partner with others
- Experience of involvement in HR projects and project management capabilities, including implementation of plans and costings
- Degree qualified or equivalent experience preferred
