8.30am - 3pm Fri

**General Description**:
Reporting to the Managing Director / Operations Director, you will be responsible for:
- Maintaining the ISO 9001 Quality Assurance system
- Maintaining ISO 14001 Environmental Management system
- Carrying out Internal Quality Audits
- To act as the main point of contact for Accreditation and Customer Assessors
- Processing Customer Complaints, Supplier Rejects and Systems Non-Conformance reports
- Summarise data for Management Review and Health & Safety meetings
**Tasks and Responsibilities**:
Responsibilities of the position include but are not limited to:
- Day to day management, guidance and update of the Quality Assurance system
- Monitor and search for possible Environmental improvements.
- Issue and revision control of Technical Information, BS EN & Product Standards, QA Manual, Company Procedures and all related documentation.
- Investigate any Non-Conformities and determine root cause
- Liaise with Customer, Supplier and Employees with regards to Quality issues
- Agree Corrective and Preventative actions to ensure they are brought to a satisfactory conclusion.
- Ensuring traceability of materials is maintained.
- Processing Welding/Brazing Procedures and Qualifications as required.
- Provide QA support & training
**Skills and Experience Necessary**
Familiarization in Internal Quality Auditing
CE compliance experience would be an advantage, preferably with a Mechanical or Manufacturing background.
Good team working, organisational and communication skills.
Computer skills in Microsoft word and excel etc.
**Salary**: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
