**Recruitment Consultant**

Our client is leading provider of nursing and care staff across the UK are are seeking a dynamic and ambitious Recruitment Consultant to support the Branch Manager in achieving operational excellence. If you thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and have a passion for the care sector, we want to hear from you

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Client Engagement and Business Development**:

- Be the first point of contact for clients, ensuring accurate recording of their expectations.
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Provide exceptional customer service and prompt resolution of client queries.
- Conduct regular client visits to retain and develop business relationships.
- Conduct interviews and provide detailed debriefs to maintain brand reputation.
- Efficiently place nursing and care workers, ensuring continuous improvement.

**Reporting and KPIs**:

- Meet agreed KPIs and financial targets.
- Provide accurate and timely reports to the Branch Manager.

**Skills/Experience**:

- Knowledge of the care sector.
- Ambitious, driven, and determined to achieve targets.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and tenacious.
- Excellent customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
- Previous recruitment experience is a plus.
- Driver

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
