Order Picker Earlies

We are currently seeking Voice Order Pickers for our client in the Magna Park, Lutterworth area. This is an ongoing position. Temporary to permanent positions are available following a successful trial period.
- Qualify for a £1000 bonus - Bonus is applicable to anyone who starts before **31.12.22** and payable on **31.03.22**:

- We can guarantee that anyone who joins us will be made permanent if they achieve **90%** attendance and achieve their initial (very reasonable) pick rate target of 100 CPH with a 10% tolerance for non-picking time
- Employees can choose fixed days of Sunday - Thursday, or Tuesday - Saturday, or any 2 days off together of their choosing, but ex Saturday and Sunday

**Responsibilities of the Picker/Packer**
- Voice Order picking with a headset
- HLOP AND LLOP training (no expereience needed)
- Relevant training may be given if required to work in other areas of the warehouse.
- This can be working in a chilled environment

**Requirements of the **Warehouse operative**
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to work to target.

**Benefits & Requirements**:

- Hourly rate as above, or the appropriate National Minimum Wage (age dependent)
