Painting Supervisor

**Job description**:
We are currently supporting our Client specialising in engineering and fabrication with the recruitment for a Painting Supervisor staff position that has arisen within their fabrication facility based in Moray due to continued expansion.

The successful post holder will:

- Supervise and co-ordinate the day to day running of the blasting & painting facility
- Ensure the work is carried out safely and efficiently
- Prepare daily reports for various blasting and painting activities
- Liaise with the Workshop Manager and Project Engineers

**Skills and experience**:

- Previous experience as hands-on sprayer or shot blaster
- Understanding of paint inspection methods
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to influence, guide and motivate others

**Qualifications**:

- NACE Level 2 Painting Inspection preferred but training will be given
