Location: Flexibility to work across all areas of Cwm Taf, where appropriate is essential.

Hours: 37 hours per week

**Salary**: Starting at £25,000 per annum

Duration: Permanent, in line with funding.

Closing date: 10/7/23

Key details/responsibilities:

- Support the Single Point of Contact telephone and web system.
- Conduct initial assessment and care planning.
- Undertake risk assessment and develop and review risk managements plans.
- Provide structured time limited support to service users experiencing issues with substances that do not require referral for substitute prescribing.
- Provide a range of interventions including crisis intervention and information regarding substance use and associated life style behaviours that reduces the risk of harm.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From £25,000.00 per year
