**Global strategic planning agency seeks an Office and Facilities Manager to join their team.**

We are looking for an Office and Facilities Manager for our client’s busy and evolving London office.

They are looking for someone who is hands-on, can-do, proactive and super organised. Absolutely unflappable in a changeable environment, this person will be responsible for the smooth running of their Soho, London office, as well as supporting employees’working environments within their hybrid working model.

As part of the People team, the Office and Facilities Manager will work to ensure they foster a positive, productive, fit for purpose and enjoyable workplace.

Crucially for this role, you will ideally have experience of managing a sizeable office of employees in a professional, fast-moving environment

**The Role**

**Key responsibilities**

**Office management, environment and infrastructure**

You will have overall responsibility for the management of the office, working with the building manager and external suppliers to ensure the office functions effectively and safely.

**This includes**:
You will be responsible for the overall look and feel of the office, including ensuring stationery and refreshments are well stocked, and that meeting rooms are tidy and have the correct facilities and supplies.

When things break, you will get them fixed, efficiently and expediently.

You will also be the first point of contact for visitors, couriers and suppliers, providing a friendly and professional welcome, ensuring that refreshments are offered and NDAs are signed as appropriate.

**Event management and facilitation**
- You will be responsible for room bookings, invitations, catering and refreshments for various client and company meetings
- You will also book and plan our summer and winter parties, as well as monthly social events, as part of the Social Society team.

**People Experience**
- You will manage office celebrations - from birthdays to babies and engagements, promotions to welcome drinks - we like to recognise these occasions and try to keep things fresh, by trying out different ideas/suppliers
- You will send relevant office and environment communications, keeping staff appraised of changes and initiatives
- You will also contribute to the development and implementation of plans and initiatives around our community and social good offerings
- There will be occasions when you will need to assist with office administration, from printing documents for meetings, assisting colleagues with room bookings and EA support for the senior team.
- You will ideally have experience of managing a sizeable office of employees in a professional, fast moving environment.
