We are recruiting for a Voids Inspector for a leading housing association based in Camden. The main function of this role is to provide a high quality and efficient void management service to all customers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Carry out pre void and post void inspections
- Coordinate delivery of all voids works carried out
- Monitor and report on progress
- Process utility company invoices
- Ensure housing management IT systems are kept up to date
- Ensure contractors have all information required to carry out work

**Skills & Requirements**:

- Solid understanding of health care and support and diverse client groups
- Experience within the Housing sector
- Strong operational administration skills with an ability to lead programmes of works from inception to completion
- Knowledge of Health and safety and Environmental standards
- Experience of working in a technical environment and the law relating to property compliance
- Experience of contract management and performance review
- Full UK driving license
