full-time**Receptionist**:
Contract Scotland has an upcoming opportunity for an experienced Receptionist to join our client, based in Stirling. This is a full time, temporary role which will commence on the 18th of September and will run up until Christmas 2023

You will be office based Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm with an hour for lunch however there can be some flexibility with this.

You will be providing reception and administration support to the office and will be the first point of contact for those phoning in and visiting the site. As well as operating the switchboard you will carry out tasks such as:

- Dealing with all incoming and outgoing mail
- Allocating purchase order numbers
- Arranging refreshments and lunch for internal meetings
- Carrying out weekly fire alarm testing
- Ensuring office supplies are fully stocked
- General associated administration duties

You will be an organised and proactive individual who always looks for the solution rather than the problem. This is a quiet switchboard so you must be confident in your abilities to pick up other admin related tasks and support the office in this area.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary contract
Contract length: 3 months

**Salary**: £11.50-£12.00 per hour

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

- Driving Licence (preferred)
