**The Company**
Due to continued growth and success, this international law firmhas an exciting opportunity for a UI/UX Developer to join them. This award-winning firm is known for being welcoming and supportive of their employees - business services and lawyers / traineesalike. Known for being international legal experts in sectors such as digital business, energy, financial services, life sciences, real estate, retail and more, they have represented many household names. Having also won an award for Best Law Firm for LegalTech, we are now delighted to support the recruitment of a UI/UX Developer to work in a dedicated team implementing changes and understanding User Centric Design.

**Key Responsibilities** of the UI/UX Designer
- Designing, improving and maintaining the UI library and style guide
- Communicating design ideas effectively using wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes
- Creating high fidelity designs of complex technical solutions
- Establish and help to maintain a comprehensive asset library
- Work directly with client teams to optimise existing interfaces
- Support client conversations as an expert in UI/UX design
- Work with the product owner and client teams to develop interface requirements
- Always looking for ways to improve our products
- Helping to run user tests and workshops

**Skills & Attributes** of the UI/UX Designer
- Capable of demonstrating a good understanding of the importance of user experience design with a passionate personal interest within UX/UI Design
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, in particular Photoshop and Illustrator
- Knowledge of Figma, Adobe XD or similar prototyping products
- A good understanding of HTML and CSS with the ability to design in browser when needed
- A basic understanding of JavaScript and jQuery with a desire to learn more
- Knowledge of coding frameworks of such as React, Angular and Flutter
- Understanding of the basic principles of API's
- Able to show exposure to UI/UX training and/or direct experience
- Able to show a portfolio or piece of design work that represents who you are as a designer
- Comfortable engaging with people and leading requirements gathering conversations
- Be curious, creative and have a desire to change things for the better
