Technical Team Administrator

Reporting to the technical team manager, the administrator will provide day-to-day support in 'real time’ to technical advisors, field engineers and external resources. The administrator will manage multiple tasks in order to support other team members.

This role will include providing administrative support to AGA Rangemaster service partners, distributors, network engineers, members of the public, building contractors and prospective / existing customers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Multi-level reporting using data collected from internal systems and external sources.
- Invoice verification from external and internal resources.
- Training school administration / Training course preparation.
- Taking and preparing meeting minutes.
- Preparation and review of technical team documents.
- Identification of process deficiencies and planning / implementation of improvements.
- Team planning for internal resources.
- Any other duties as necessary.

Essential Requirements:

- The Technical Team Administrator role is dependent on having a working knowledge of all Microsoft systems including Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
- This role requires excellent communication skills to deal with various levels of both internal and external customers, team members and management teams.
- Keen attention to detail.
- Ability to use own initiative with regards solving day to day issues.
- To work to strict deadlines and manage your own time.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Full knowledge of all Microsoft systems including Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
- 5+ GCSE level qualifications C or above including Maths & English.
- Experience working as part of a team and alone.
