We are looking for a lunchtime playworker to support our fun and friendly children, aged 3 to 11, in quality active play at dinner times. The role may include providing support and cover for our midday supervisors, but is predominantly about play and engaging the children. Ideally applicants will have a relevant Level 2 NVQ (or equivalent) or above, and have some experience of working with 3 -11 year olds in a play environment.
We are a large, happy, multi-cultural school on the outskirts of the City of Nottingham, just (by a few hundred metres) into the County of Nottinghamshire. We are part of the Transform Trust, a multi-academy trust based in the East Midlands, comprising 19 schools at the time of writing.
We pride ourselves on our caring, nurturing approach and going the ‘extra-mile’ to help children and their families. We are a community school, with several of the staff living in the neighbourhood and some even having attended here as pupils

**Main Responsibilities are**:

- Supervision, organisation and safeguarding of children within the playground or dining hall

environment.
- Provide high-quality, safe and stimulating play for the children.
- To assist as required to ensure a calm, clean environment in the dining hall.
