Customer Service Assistant

Are you an experienced Customer Service representative who enjoys the day to day challenge of dealing with customer queries and complaints? Then this is the ideal job for you.

We are looking to recruit an experienced Customer Service Assistant for ongoing local authority contract in the South Shield area, working with a busy repair and maintenance team. Your main role will be a customer facing one, where you will be answering customers queries, feedback and complaints and ensuring learning from feedback is embedded in the team to ensure service delivery meets the needs of customers.

**Requirement**
- Experience working in similar setting
- Working as part of a team or on own initiate
- Excellent Communication skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary contract
Contract length: 7 months

**Salary**: £14.44 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- South Shields: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Work Location: One location
