An exciting opportunity has arisen for a senior catering supervisor to join our team at Wilko in Swansea.

We are looking for an experienced individual willing to help take responsibility of the site. Appropriate training & support will be provided.

As a **Senior catering supervisor** for Massarella you will be expected:

- Proactive management of catering team.
- Accountable for ensuring ongoing team communications, including building internal and external relationships, management reporting and client liaison
- Accountable for maintaining, ordering and controlling food stocks within budget
- Accountable for COSHH, Food Safety, H&S, legal regulations, environmental policies and duty of care to customer and colleagues

**Working Pattern**: 5 over 7 days, 30 hours per week, including weekends
