PASTORAL /RECONCILIATION HUB CO-ORDINATOR - Required from January 2024
Band 4: £26,421 to £28,770 (scp 12 to 17) pro rata
(£23,308 actual salary for working 36.25 hours per week, 40 weeks)
To work full time (36.25 hours per week) term time plus 2 weeks
We are looking to appoint a Pastoral / Reconciliation Hub Co-ordinator, to support students to overcome barriers to learning, to raise their aspirations, and to ensure the best possible outcomes for students.
In this role you will work as part of the pastoral team, and share the co-ordination and management of the short-term placement of students in the Reconciliation Hub.
- Minimum of 2 years pastoral experience working with young people aged 11 - 16 years
- A recognised learning & development qualification at level 3, or equivalent experience
- Experience in motivating young people towards success
