Based at their beautiful 50-acre estate, they are looking to hire anexperienced Recruiter/Interviewer to work three days a week (flexible on which days) for a six-month duration.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead and conduct fair and objective interviews for contact staff who will be working directly with the young people across site
- Collate and verify all paperwork is completed and a fair and consistent approach is followed throughout the interview process
- Provide advice to the hiring managers, ensuring experience, skills and team fit are considered
- Deliver a professional administrative and compliance service to ensure the recruitment process is run professionally and smoothly
