Maintenance Planner

**Job Description Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Review planned maintenance activity and prioritises resulting workload. Action findings from contractor and internal maintenance and insurance inspections.
- Control and utilise contractor manpower to enable expedient, resolution of all planned maintenance activities.
- Ensure all records are maintained effectively.
- Manage all aspects of contractor site attendance and work-scope
- Track and implement required post PM remedial actions
- In conjunction with the Maintenance Parts Controller, ensure fastest response time from suppliers and contractors.
- Liaise with Maintenance Coordinator to enable an organised response to maintenance activities.
- Ensure parts required for pre & post PM work-scopes are identified and onsite prior to attendance
- Liaise with production Gate-Owners and other managers to ensure adequate, consistent lines of communication.
- Utilise Caledonian purchase order system.
