**Job Overview**:

**What you'll be doing**

As our first member of staff, you'll be making a massive difference to our business. You will be responsible for taking on a brief, providing ideas or solutions to client requirements. You will be able to design and build a fully-functional website, from start to finish, using tools such as Elementor and Rank Math.

**Duties**:

- Design visually appealing websites that are user-friendly and responsive
- Develop wireframes and mock-ups using tools like Figma
- Taking signed-off wireframes & designs and bringing it to life in Wordpress
- Use tools such as Photoshop to create graphical elements for websites where appropriate
- Collaborate with the Director to ensure design feasibility and functionality
- Communicate with our clients directly to ensure they receive the best service and solution possible
- Liaise with third-party providers (such as copywriters
- Implement UI designs using CSS to enhance user experience
- Experience of Elementor and Siteground Hosting is a big advantage
- Maintain and update websites ensuring consistency in design and content
- Contribute to project quoting and lead generation by bringing ideas and proactivity to the table and as part of a (growing) team

**Requirements**:

- Proven work experience as a Web Designer or similar role
- Proficiency in UI design principles and tools such as Figma, Elementor, Wordpress
- Strong knowledge of CSS for web design implementation
- Experience working with Google Drive, Slack, Notion for collaboration and document management
- The ability to work independently

Pay: £23,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
