**Salary**: £33,350 - £40,000 (dependent on experience)

We are looking to recruit a Business Resilience Specialist to assist in and contribute to the maintenance, and implementation of the AWE Business Resilience framework, business impact analyses, recovery strategy development, contingency planning, and businesscontinuity awareness.
- Responsible for supporting the administration of business resilience program including:

- Ensure that the AWE Business Continuity program components (Business Impact Analysis, Recovery Plans, Strategies, etc.) are current, effective, and support accountable business areas to achieve this.
- Prepare and be proactive in developing data analytics to support in the Business Resilience Program
- Develop awareness activities to ensure that business continuity teams are trained and proficient in implementing their business recovery plans
- Coordinate business recovery plan reviews and exercises and prepare post review/exercise reports
- Administer and manage content on the Business Resilience SharePoint site
- Maintain standard documents used for Business Resilience
- Assist and support in administration of the Business Recovery Plan SharePoint system
- Develop and maintain an understanding of business operations, processes, and strategies that require business resilience capabilities
- Support DSM (Duty Site Manager) in real-time events and response as required and support the DSM - to include supporting communications, preparing and distributing status updates, ensuring execution of action items, and creating post-incident reports
- Monitor and communicate potential operational threats that may impact the business
- Carrying out additional duties as assigned.
- A good understanding of business continuity and operational resilience.
- Demonstrable analytical experience
- Ability to develop a good understanding of AWE Business and relate that knowledge to identified continuity and resilience approaches.
- Knowledge necessary to propose relevant continuity and resilience responses to changing business risks and regulatory changes
- Proven ability to communicate with people at all levels
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate continuity and resilience related concepts to technical and nontechnical audiences, strong interpersonal and collaborative skills.
- High level of personal integrity, with the ability to handle confidential and otherwise sensitive matters professionally and with the appropriate level of judgment and maturity
- High degree of initiative, dependability, and ability to work with little supervision
