Lettings Officer

We have an opportunity for a **Lettings Officer** to join our team on a part time permanent basis working 25 hours a week.

This role will be part of our hybrid model, you will be out in the field, working from home or with the team in our Ryde Office.

The starting salary will be £20,270 - £23,469 (£30,000 - £35,000 full time equivalent) depending on experience.

**The role**

As a **Lettings Officer** you will be providing an effective and positive experience for customers moving in and out of our homes. You will be performing end of tenancy inspections on our properties, contacting potential new tenants and carrying out tenancy assessments, conducting viewings and making final offers and supporting referrals.

You will support our customers giving them appropriate advice and information to help them to move and sustain their tenancies in collaboration with the wider team. This is a role where you will be part of our customers end to end journey.

- The ability to work with end to end processes
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage your own workload
- A knowledge of lettings or housing experience
