We are an employee orientated, professional and safety conscious organisation based in Eastbourne and we are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to join the business and provide support to our customer facing departments, including salesand aftermarket.

You will be joining our Eastbourne site which has over 100 employees utilising a broad range of hardware and software.

**As our Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for**:

- Receive and respond to incoming enquiries of all natures, including technical and commercial interpretation, pricing and generation of proposals.
- Build working relationships with external sales personnel, customers and distributors.
- Act as the point of contact for external sales personnel, customers and distributors at enquiry stage.
- Raise job pack documentation for handover to the Standard Product Value Stream.
- Promote HMD in a positive and professional manner at all times.

**In order to be successful within this role you should have**:

- Minimum A-Level or equivalent, ideally with formal customer service and administrative experience preferably within the manufacturing or technical sector.
- Strong all-round communication skills
- MS Office programs including Outlook, Excel and Word
- The ability to prioritise a variable workload

**In addition to this you should have**:

- A genuine interest in technology and the latest hardware
- Team working and good communication skills
- Have a good eye for detail
- A desire to resolve issues as quickly as possible in a fast paced environment
- Problem solving and trouble shooting
- Willingness to learn
