**FINANCE ASSISTANT - PART-TIME**
We are on the hunt for an efficient and flexible AAT qualified or experienced Finance Assistant to assist a very busy Head of Finance within a 'forward thinking' Farnham based business on a part-time basis. Note that this role is to cover 9 months maternity leave.
As Finance Assistant you would work 2 days a week, Tuesdays (in the office) and Fridays (working from home) for approximately 4 or 5 hours a day.
Salary up to £15ph.
Key responsibilities for the part-time Finance Assistant include;
- Maintenance of Purchase Ledger (supplier invoice processing & payments)
- Sales Ledger maintenance (incl. credit control)
- Bank Reconciliations
- Processing of employee expenses
- VAT returns
- Client invoicing
- Starters/leavers administration
- General ad-hoc assistance to the team as required
The ideal part-time Finance Assistant will need the following;
- Be able to commit to a 9 months fixed term contract
- AAT qualification preferred or relevant work experience
- Experience of using Sage
- Available to work Tuesdays and Fridays (Fridays from home)
- Have a flexible approach and high level of accuracy
