**Job Title**: Administrator / Invoicing Assistant
**Location**: Dumfries, United Kingdom
**Job Type**: Full-time
**Job Summary**:
Initially work would be 1-2 days per week for 3-4 weeks, specifically to help with the issue of invoices but also some other minor admin duties. Invoicing is undertaken from a bespoke software package and relevant initial training and support would be given.
Our Client can be flexible on the days.
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage and process invoices, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Assist with general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and answering phone calls
- Provide support to the finance department as needed
- Communicate with suppliers and customers to resolve any invoicing issues
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of invoices and payments
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor
