**Job Title**:Catering Assistant

**Trust Location**:Southport and Ormskirk Hospital NHS Trust

**Location**: Ormskirk & District General Hospital

**Shifts**: Monday - Sunday 16:00 - 20:00, working 5 days out of 7 days.

**Hours**: 20 hrs per week.

**Payrate**: £11.45 per hour plus enhanced pay for weekends and bank holidays

This is a Temporary Role

**What you’ll be responsible for**:

- Team member within the kitchen staff; plating meals for patients
- Washing food trolleys, cutlery and crockery
- Any general cleaning that is needed
- The role will involve, but not be limited to you performing the above._

**You’ll have the following skills/experience**:

- Good communication skills when dealing with patients, staff & visitors eg allergen information
- Experience in a similar role
- Food Safety L2
