**Location**:Winnersh, Berkshire

**Salary**:£90 - £100 per day

**Start Date**: ASAP

**Contracted Hours**: 8:30 - 4:00, Monday - Friday, Term-Time

**The role will involve**:

- Assisting the class teacher with day-to-day duties such as setting up the classroom
- Assisting the teacher in delivering educational activities and lessons
- Supporting students during lessons in small groups or on a 1:1 basis
- Encouraging students to enjoy their learning and promoting positive behaviour
- Previous experience working with secondary-aged children (ideal)
- Previous experience working with challenging behaviour or special needs
- Excellent behaviour management skills
- A patient and caring personality
- Excellent verbal and written communication
