Advanced Nurse Prescriber

Sanctuary Health is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Advanced Nurse Prescriber to work in Erskine on a full-time basis.

The salary for this permanent Advanced Nurse Prescriber job is £57,500 - £60,000 per annum.

**Shift Pattern**:

- The role is 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday, 09:00 am - 17:00pm (can be flexible) with selected on call cover

**Duties**:

- Working as part of a multi-disciplinary team providing clinical input to clients through the process of detoxification and rehabilitation from substance use at our facility in Erskine, Renfrewshire
- Responsible for the assessment and provision of clinical high-quality care to patients, families, and carers in relation our residential addictions detoxification and rehabilitation service
- Work in partnership with other team members to provide and contribute to the development of our service and respond to the needs of all substance use patients who have complex health and social care needs

**Requirements of the Advanced Nurse Prescriber**:

- A motivated and experienced Advanced Nurse Prescriber - Substance Use Specialist
- Understand and adhere to current legislation e.g., Supporting & Protecting Adults at risk
