**Rikama Education, we are hiring again, we are looking for experienced Sales professionals OR Recruitment Consultants seeking a new challenge, whom we can train and mentor to become an Education Recruitment Consultant.**

We place teachers, senior management and support staff specialising in long-term career supply appointments. **Requirements**:

- **2-3 years working experience in Sales or Direct Sales, account management or Recruitment welcomed.**:

- **Self-Motivated with desire to succeed within Recruitment Industry**:

- **Strong verbal and written, presentation communications skills**:

- **Outgoing Personality**:

- **Car owner and driver**:

- **personality, energy and work ethos to succeed**:

- **Must have a desire to work within Recruitment**:

- **Live locally to Sevenoaks and have a driving license**

- **Standard working hours Monday-Thursday 8.30am-5pm, Friday 4pm finish**:

- **Working from home Friday & Thursday option**:

- **Part-time working school holiday 8.30-2pm finish ( 3 months a year)**:

- **BASIC SALARY PLUS UNCAPPED COMMISION + CAR PARKING 20K - 30K BASIC DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE PLUS COMMISSION 40-60K OTE**:
