Job Title: Ice Cream Maker

**Duties**:

- Prepare and produce a variety of ice cream flavors and desserts according to recipes and established standards.
- Operate ice cream machines, mixers, and other equipment to create high-quality ice cream products.
- Monitor and adjust temperatures, mixing times, and ingredient quantities to ensure consistent product quality.
- Maintain inventory of ingredients and supplies, ensuring timely restocking when necessary.
- Clean and sanitize work area, equipment, and utensils to maintain a safe and hygienic environment.
- Assist with the development of new ice cream flavors and menu items.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to coordinate ice cream production for events, banquets, or catering orders.

**Skills**:

- Experience in food production or a related field is preferred.
- Knowledge of ice cream making techniques and equipment operation is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure precise measurements and consistent product quality.
- Ability to follow recipes accurately while also demonstrating creativity in flavor combinations.
- Excellent time management skills to meet production deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £11.00-£12.50 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Llandudno: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Supervising experience: 3 years (preferred)
- Hospitality: 2 years (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
