We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Nursery Practitioner to join our team. As a Nursery Practitioner, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and education to children in our nursery. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with experience in childcare and early childhood education looking for a smaller company to work with.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide high-quality care and education for children aged 0-5 years
- Plan and implement engaging activities that promote development across all areas (physical, emotional, social, and cognitive)
- Maintain a safe, clean, and inclusive environment for all children
- Build strong, positive relationships with children, parents, and staff
- Observe and assess children’s progress, documenting their development
- Collaborate with the team to continuously improve our practices and environment

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Level 3 qualification in Childcare/Early Years Education (or equivalent)
- Previous experience in a nursery or early years setting (preferred but not essential)
- Strong understanding of the EYFS framework
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A genuine passion for working with children
- First Aid and Safeguarding training (preferred, but not essential)

- We offer competitive pay rates with a salary of up to £27,872 per annum for an experience Level 3 qualified practitioner and opportunities for professional development within our organization.
