Butler Landscapes are a successful, fast-growing, multi award RHS & BALI winning landscape design and build company where we bring design-led horticultural visions, both residentially and commercially, to life and have the privilege to assist our clients by delivering a quality horticultural and construction service.

Our office is based in Market Drayton enabling us to work throughout Shropshire and surrounding counties. We design and build gardens that are uniquely tailored to each client’s specific needs, tastes, and lifestyles. We build to the highest quality and workmanship, finished to the highest standards, and provide clients many years of enjoyment. As a team, the very heart of what we do together, is to ensure that our customers receive the utmost professional service, from inquiry right through to delivery of the finished garden and beyond. **The Role**:
Working predominantly in a two plus colleague team you will be an exceptional Landscape gardener who is committed to delivering a quality horticultural service to our clients.

We require you to be reliable, honest, polite, trustworthy and a team player.

**Requirements for the role, but are not limited to**:

- Recognised horticultural qualification - able to demonstrate excellent plant knowledge

which will be tested on interview.
- Full clean UK Driving licence
- CSCS card
- Competent in using power the appropriate power tools where required
- Knowledge of Health and safety regulations
- Certificates in spraying (PA1 PA6), and Ride on Mowers would be an advantage but not

essential.

**Horticulture**:

- All aspects of horticulture, specialised and more general
- All apects of lawn care
- Ground clearance and seasonal work
- Sweeping and maintenance of hard surfaces/ furniture within the gardens
- Tending to beds, borders and containers
- Specialised pruning and trimmimg
- Maintenance/cleaning of water features and day to day maintenance of irrigation

systems.
- Cleaning of guttering and grids
- Proven experience working in same/similar industry
- will need to be dynamic, positive, and highly motivated
- they will be a collaborative team worker, able to take and give direction
- Excellent customer communication skills across team members, external trades, clients

and designers.
- keen interest in horticulture, with a desire to develop further
- ability to work independently and take ownership for delivering superb quality work

every time.

- High levels of energy, self-motivation, and the ability to motivate others

- Integrity and discretion
- A desire to develop personally, whilst also supporting the development of other team

members.
- Ability to work in all weather conditions and under pressure
- At least one year of leading teams
- Maintain tools, vehicles, equipment, and machinery in good and safe working order

**Schedule**:

- 8.5 hour shift
- Day shift Monday to Friday
- Overtime
