We follow the seasons and source local produce to offer fresh and vibrant flavors.
We hand-pick the finest wines and champagnes from small lesser known producers for a unique pairing.

At the bar, our award-winning mixologists craft superlative cocktails by fusing spirits and liquors and cutting edge methods.

We are looking for an experienced Head Bartender who has experience of creating cocktails that delight and inspire guests tastes.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £21,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
