Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, mocktails, and hot drinks
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing excellent guest service
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the bar area
- Handle cash transactions accurately
- Upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards
- Assist in basic food preparation when required

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry
- Proficiency in basic maths for handling transactions
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Knowledge of culinary terms and techniques is advantageous
- Familiarity with kitchen operations and equipment
- A commitment to upholding high standards of guest services

Pay: £11.00-£14.00 per hour
