As a Client Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining mutually beneficial, long-term partnerships with a diverse portfolio of clients.

Working as part of a close knit, rapidly growing, team of industry experts you will adopt a proactive approach to account management.

You should be confident in engaging with key stakeholders via different methods of communication including telephone, face to face and via Teams/video.

You will be a tenacious and agile problem-solver with the desire to achieve positive commercial outcomes of which benefit both the client and company.

Working alongside the Head of Commercial, you will use your commercial awareness to identify and promote new business opportunities. Regularly liaising with the Managing Director and other departmental managers to meet the strategic objectives relating tothe department, the Company, and associated targets.

There is opportunity to develop your career within the Client Services Team with a direct track to Client Services Manager available.

You will be expected to work within the company’s established business procedures and the confines of the relevant regulatory environment.

Key responsibilities;
- Manage the client portfolio to achieve key performance indicators and objectives
- Maintain and develop existing relationships with key clients to ensure future growth of client accounts
- Carry out account reviews with our client portfolio accordingly
- Manage all new business enquiries, using tools to ensure the clients in which are targeted and accepted are relevant to the company
- Manage the client return rate in line with business expectations/targets
- Manage the debtor book and appropriate action through internal proceses
- Monitoring the setup of new client accounts, including monitoring of the client contracts and direct debit mandates
- Ensuring clients are educated on the policies and procedures of their supply agreement
- Maintain appropriate levels of management information in order to report on aspects of your performance to the Managing Director and Senior Management Team
- Maintain accurate and secure records using the Company’s internal IT systems in line with GDPR regulations and legislation

Experience/Qualifications;
- Excellent written and communication skills including report writing
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Account Management/Client Relations Management experience
- Proficient with Microsoft systems including Excel
- Strong analytical and judgement skills
- Effective problem-solving skills
