An interim financial planning & analysis consultant is being recruited for a PE-backed technologybusiness going through exponential growth. With a strong acquisition pipeline, the company is currently doubling in size every year with 1000+ employees.

The business is driving its expansion plans further across the UK. To help support this ambitious growth, an interim financial planning & analysis consultant is required to support the CFO, senior leadership team and investors in developing an understandingof the group’s key metrics and financial performance.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Work with the CFO and CEO in developing key metrics and KPI’s to understand and make decisions on business performance.
- Drive necessary improvements for management reporting and processes to derive insights for the business and investors.
- Work with the Head of Mergers & Acquisitions on all new targets providing financial insight and setting up new models to support key decisions.
- Work with CFO on ad hoc projects and business cases as required
- Assimilate key planning and strategy documents from business stakeholders for senior leadership for the business planning process.
- Develop the financial performance updates against budget and business updates covering acquisition, development and operational activities.
- Direct engagement in managing the investor/lender relationships, supporting the CFO and broader leadership team on existing and new capital sources.
- Qualified accountant with strong financial planning and commercially-focused experience
- Strong business partnering background
- Proven track record in adding value in a high-growth business with senior commercially focused stakeholders
- Strong Excel / analytical skills
- Previous experience working across a technology business or SaaS experience is desirable.

This position is working outside of IR35 and is flexible on location.
