**Job Description Trainee Scaffolder with Stork**:
To support in the overall delivery of the Group’s business objectives, whilst implementing departmental procedures in line with Company standards.

The Trainee Scaffolder will be based onshore in the Aberdeen base for the first 3 months. On successful completion of the probationary 3 month period they will be mobilising to various offshore and onshore assets. Development opportunities will be supported for the Trainee Scaffolder - this may include obtaining associated tickets/certification, where applicable.

**Scaffold coordination and Maintenance**
- Assist in the co-ordination of all transportation and logistics.
- Assist in the accurate manifesting and returns of all scaffold materials.
- Scaffold Maintenance.
- Actively participate and contribute in the day-to-day interface between Group Operations, Purchasing and R Plant.
- Responsible for ensuring that both customer and company deliverables are met.
- Assist with the management and accuracy of stock levels and the completion of routine audits on a quarterly basis.
- Carry out assembly, disassembly of conventional/system scaffold at various offshore and onshore sites
- Equipment maintenance carried out in accordance with company standards/procedures and manufacturers guidelines

**Specific Requirements for the Trainee Scaffolder**:
**Education & Experience**

**Education**
- Mechanical/product knowledge

**Experience and Skills**

**Essential**
- Good communication, interpersonal, organizational skills, team player
- Be flexible to meet the demands of the offshore and onshore industry
- Excellent aptitude towards Health & Safety
- Must be prepared to spend time with team developing their skills and expertise
- Computer literacy, advantageous but not essential

**Additional Requirements for the Trainee Scaffolder**:

- Must be minimum of 18 years of age due to Offshore requirements
