**About The Role**:
This role is responsible for supporting an area of fantastic BrewDog sites. You will be a key force behind driving revenue goals by coordinating and executing an effective local marketing activity calendar, powering succinct local communication, managing social

media accounts, sharing inspiration event initiatives with the area team and driving sales conversion.

This is a remote/field based role. We will provide you with all of the tools and equipment needed to do your role to the best of your abilities. We will discuss the area in which you will cover during the interview process, but roughly it will cover a number of our Southern/London Sites. We request that you do live within this area to allow you the best opportunity to support the sites you are working with.

We all know that the role of Marketing and Sales Coordinator will be different day to day. If we had to break the role down into a number of key responsibilities to give you some more of an idea of what it’s about, we would say that they include
- Manage local bar social media accounts
- Drive all centralised campaigns and initiatives effectively
- Clear communication at a local level regarding our digital marketing plans
- Lead on sites performance on pre booked tables/events
- Supporting sites with local marketing toolkits
- Support the creation and delivery of site activity/events calendars
- Ensure the brand collateral for sites in your area is being used correctly and appropriately
- Local event planning and marketing
- Maintaining site website content for all sites in your area
- Reputation management of the sites through online review responses providing feedback to sites and ops managers on areas for improvement
- Sharing KPIs and best practice amongst your peers and amongst your sites
- Provide first line support for operations teams for sales and marketing queries
- Cascade central sales and marketing initiatives and campaigns for your local area
- Maintain the inbound Collins platform for your area directing to and supporting sites

**About You**:
We are looking for someone with experience within marketing or a marketing qualification. An ability to demonstrate an understanding of marketing within hospitality would be beneficial for the success of the role.

You will be a creative and driven marketeer with a passion for enticing customers through exciting content. As you will be working in a remote role, you will be organised and will have an ability to communicate clearly on what your current focusses are to both your line manager as well as the management teams in sites and our central marketing team.
