**Customer Service Executive**

Our client is a specialist retailer of high-end kitchen cooking devices for home foodies and professional chefs. Customers include Amazon, John Lewis, Lakeland, Gordon Ramsay Group, Jamie Oliver and most Michelin star restaurants. So, if you love cooking and customer service you can talk about cooking devices all day at work.

**About the Role**
We are looking for an experienced Customer Service person looking to take control and improve our current Customer Service policies and procedures. The Customer Service role is to work as an integral component of the office.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Deal with Customer returns, services and warranty calls
- Keeping Customers informed and updated on repairs and services
- Meeting Customer's expectations with regards to their returns
- Dealing with Suppliers in regard to warranty claims or spare parts
- Liaising with our field engineers out on-site to ensure work is carried out in an efficient manner
- Helping with Sales Support as and when required

Person Specification
- Experience in Customer Service
- High standard of written English and Mathematics
- Excellent numeracy skills including high levels of accuracy
- Strong IT skills
- Ability to be a good communicator with a clear professional telephone manner
- the ability to deal with challenging people at times.
- Self-motivated and enthusiastic with a flexible attitude to work

**Hours are Monday to Thursday 9 am - 5.30 pm, Friday early finish**
**Relaxed and friendly working environment. 23 days holiday plus bank holidays.**
**Company pension and free parking.**

**This role is on the outskirts of Lancaster so a car would be useful to get to work, however, this is on a bus route.**

**Salary**: £24,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
