Freelance Wedding Planner

Job Summary:
We have an amazing wedding venue in heart of North Yorkshire, looking for a self-employed/freelance Wedding Coordinator. If you’re hard-working with lots of energy and thrive in a fun and dynamic environment, this could be the role for you

We are looking for you to help with venue viewings, Wedding planning meetings and coordinating weddings.

**Responsibilities**:

- Personal one to one venue Viewing.
- First wedding planning meetings and final wedding planning meeting.
- Set up day before the wedding which is either a Tuesday or a Friday.
- Coordinating the wedding, from start to first dance. Wedding days are Wednesday or Saturday.
- Setting up the venue and accommodation, from setting out tables, chairs and decorations.

Qualifications:

- Skills and Experience of coordinating weddings
- work-life experience,
- Driving license and own transport essential due to location of venue.
- Organised with excellent attention to detail
- Fantastic team player
- Enjoy working with people
- Hands-on approach and willing to go above and beyond to support clients and the team
- Attention to detail - noticing the tiny touches that make the difference between good customer service and EXCEPTIONAL customer service
- Quick-thinking and able to stay calm under pressure
- Ability to deal with people of all generations in a calm, polite and professional manner
- Excellent verbal (telephone and face-to-face) and written communication skills
- Competent use of IT, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Energy and enthusiasm for your role
- Reliable and honest

Pay: £15,483.54-£25,000.00 per year
