Senior Sales Negotiator - Esher / Thames Ditton - Basic £25K +car or allowance OTE £50K
Our Surrey clients are looking for a hungry, enthusiastic motivated property professional to join them as a senior negotiator in an affluent area of Surrey.
As a Senior Sales Negotiator, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, generating new leads, and negotiating sales agreements. You will work closely with the Sales Manager to develop and implement sales strategies that align with companyobjectives. In addition, you will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with clients and ensuring that their needs are met.
Key Responsibilities:

- Manage a portfolio of clients, including generating new leads and maintaining existing relationships.
- Develop and implement sales strategies that align with company objectives.
- Negotiate and finalise sales agreements with clients.
- Conduct market research and stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
- Collaborate with the Sales Manager to set sales targets and develop plans to meet them.
- Attend industry events to network and generate leads.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide regular reports to the Sales Manager on sales activities, progress, and results.
- Mentor and train junior sales staff.
Qualifications and Skills:

- Proven experience as a senior sales negotiator, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Sound knowledge of sales principles, methods, practices, and techniques.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Knowledge of the real estate industry is a plus.
